Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for non-sale, non-seasonal and non-custom items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return requested is accepted, we will communicate instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are issued as a store credit minus shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we are not notified within 7 business days, unfortunately, we are unable to file a claim with our shipping partners.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Seasonal items, sale items, and custom items are final sale. Items purchased on sale / at a discount are non-returnable. All sales are final for the following: items purchased on sale/ at a discount, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (special orders, personalized items, printed stationery/invitations).

Gift Certificates Store Credits

Gift certificates and store credits are valid for ONE YEAR. Please note that gift certificates and store credits expire 1 year from the issued date.
